Greetings friends and neighbors of 91792. My name is Linda. I am a reporter, editor and ad manager for connectionsplanet.com. Simply put, the ZCM (zip code manager) for the 91792 area. This is the introductory issue of our web based community news and information source. Our mission is to “Provide a source for home town news and advertising for every zip code in the United States, written by a member of the community, to fit the needs of the community”. Everyone in the 91792 zip code has a story. No story is too small to report. Although we are a small community, we are a growing community. We have our own Target, Starbucks, Fresh and Easy, Staples, Home Depot, and other new businesses popping up frequently. We have churches, schools, restaurants and grocery stores. We have new residents, either moving into or being born into our community. There is always an event going on throughout our city. Although there are Bake sales, blood drives, fund raisers, bingo night and so on, there is low attendance. Why? Because we did not know these events were going on in our own back yard. This is our news source of stories and information. Our goal is to bring our community closer together and keep each other informed of events and happenings coming up. This is our opportunity to show people who we are and to let people know we are here.
